What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a tool that can be used to help uncover thought patterns and negative belief systems that have held you back in pursuing a life full of freedom. A life coach offers a non-biased perspective to empower people to live in their true-identity and embrace their authentic self. A life coach offers tools and ideas for people to implement in their everyday life to help them become more fully integrated with themselves and offer a safe place for inner healing to occur.
Kaley’s Philosophy
Kaley is a certified life coach through the Alive and Free Coach Launch program. Her heart is to see people set free from limiting beliefs and pursue a life of freedom and healing. Kaley believes that everyone was created for connection and when someone is disconnected from themself this creates a block in that flow. When there is a disconnection within the heart of a person it creates damage that is eventually felt down the road in every relationship. This is why she focuses on getting her clients reconnected with their heart first so that they can experience what they truly desire and build a life and create thriving relationships from this place of authenticity. Kaley believes that you are worth so much more than just surviving in this world, but that you are meant to be thriving!

I am an advocate for healing the root cause, not just the symptoms. I believe allowing someone to experience an uninterrupted space to reconnect with their heart will change everything. It may seem simple, but the benefits are truly profound. I believe everyone has what they need within themselves and that what you are looking for cannot be found in someone else or something else. My goal is to help you find those treasures within yourself and bring them to the surface for the rest of the world to experience.
I promise I will be your biggest cheerleader and will hold space for you until you begin to believe in yourself as much as I already do. I want to see you step into your own freedom and live the life you always imagined.
