Wave of change

In my soaking time with the Lord this morning I received this word and I got super excited and wanted to share with y’all.

CHANGE…. Change is on the horizon….. Change is coming to nations…… Change is coming, it is riding on the waves. Change is inevitable, it is the only thing that is constant. The tide is changing…... The tide is change. Change is riding on the wave. As the wave comes in from out in the deep water on the horizon. It is coming.

I see a rider on a horse, but the horse is made from water, like the horse from Frozen 2. The horse and rider start way out at sea on the horizon, you can barely make them out…but they are coming. They are getting closer and closer. With each powerful stride of the mighty water-horse, the feet and legs of the horse begin to turn into the wave itself. The rider on the horse’s back begins to gather their balance as the horse-wave begins to transform more and more into the massive wave, as it is approaching the shore. I hear the Holy Spirit say that the sturdy back of the horse is Jesus and He is carrying us safely into the NEW.

The horse-wave and rider are quickly approaching the land and the wave has almost completely engulfed the horse, except for the sturdiness and perfect balance of the horse’s flat back. The rider no longer is off balance, but has their legs wrapped firmly around the horse’s side. I can see the rider’s legs are now also in the powerful wave, gaining momentum. I see the rider’s face and their posture change. The closer the rider gets to shore, while seated firmly on the back of the horse-wave, the rider begins to be filled with joy. Not an ounce of fear is on the face or body of the rider. I can see the rider let go of the horse’s mane, which was also a part of the wave, and throw their arms out to the side, as if they had wings that they were stretching out into the sky. They put their head back and begin to laugh with such child-like joy you can almost see the joy bubbling out of them and into the wave surrounding them. The wave-horse seems to be completely engulfed by this time, as they are almost touching the sand of the beach and the rider is also completely surrounded by the wave. But the difference is the rider is not becoming the water, they are not turning into the water like the horse did, but they are protected and surrounded by the water. Like there is an invisible bubble keeping the rider safe from the water overtaking them. They are inside of the water but not being covered with the wave, almost like a snow globe. The rider was safe on the inside, still firmly seated on the horse’s back with their arms outstretched, head laid back, smile on their face, enjoying the ride.

I feel like the point highlighted the most is that change is on the way. It also kept tying into the idea that we need to watch the horizon. I felt like that kept going through my head to watch the horizon, but that I already knew what was on the horizon as well, and it was change. I didn’t feel like I needed to fear the change or the tide or the massive wave coming. I have been hearing for a while now that, “the tide has changed” and I feel like this vision was an exact representation of that word.

The safety and the sturdiness of the horse’s back I believe represents Jesus and how He is our firm foundation, and that we are firmly planted and built on His truth. I believe it was saying, if we have built our life around Jesus and His truth, He will keep us safe and help us enjoy this ride. The ride into the great unknown of change that is coming, and that it is not for us to fear. I feel like on a personal note that the horse turning into the wave represents blending my passions and dreams with God’s and that is where the power comes from, and that I will not be shaken, if I am living in the truth of who God created me to be. I also was drawn to the act of the rider letting go of the safety of the horse’s mane and stretching their arms out. I feel like this represents letting go of what was, or what we have been doing and trying out our new “wings”, that God has given us. I have been hearing God say that over the last couple weeks to me on a personal level, that I should try out my new wings.

I feel like God is ushering in a new era of His presence and His glory and we are riding the waves with Him. Also that, the change is not for us to fear, but for us to enjoy and to try out those new gifts He is revealing to each and every one of us, because the time is NOW. Change is inevitable, it is the only thing that is constant in this life, but we can ride on the sturdy back of the horse with Jesus and rest in His truth and His strength as the changing of the tide hits.

I pray this word blesses each of you and brings light to what God is doing in your life and what He is bringing in this new season!

With love,

Kaley
